How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?

Standard shipping is free, but Expedited shipping options are available for rush orders. To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the expedited shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders shipped within the United States and to APO boxes. Unless otherwise stated, expedited shipping is an additional charge, and may be calculated on the Shopping Cart page by utilizing the shipping and tax calculator.

Where am I able to ship my order to?

Wendy Culpepper Jewelry currently ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, United Kingdom, and APO boxes. Products that ship from US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees, which will need to be paid directly to the shipping carrier delivering the package.

Who do you use to ship?

We ship USPS for most orders, and will, on occasion utilize UPS if expedited shipping is selected. International orders ship USPS exclusively. Regardless of the shipping method, all orders are fully insured and include delivery confirmation.

Can I ship to an APO or P.O. Box?

Yes! We now ship to APO and P.O. Boxes via the USPS, although expedited shipping is not an option for such shipments.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

Every effort is made to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible to offer alternative solutions or refund the transaction.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days for domestic shipments, and 7-12 business days for international shipments. We will provide a tracking number from your postal carrier that will allow you to track its progress. Returns & Repairs

RETURNS:

Wendy Culpepper, LLC wants you to be positively delighted with your on-line purchase! You may return any unworn and unaltered piece of jewelry absolutely FREE if we don't meet or exceed your expectations for any reason including any unlikely, but possible defects in workmanship. You have fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your goods to call us at 212-629-8161 to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. Simply write that number on the UPS return label provided, package your return item in the manner you received it in its original box, seal it and drop it off at the nearest UPS location. Find the one nearest you by going to the UPS locator.

Please note these two things about the policy:

1. Do NOT remove the tag on your jewelry or it cannot be returned.
2. The RA number expires seven (7) days after its issuance. Please be sure to ship the item back within that period or we cannot accept it.

Be sure to include your invoice, your name and address so we will be able to properly credit your account. Also, please write us a little note about why you are returning the item so that we might serve you even better in the future.

All sale items are final. This policy refers to merchandise already reduced on the site. It does not apply to items purchased with a promotional code.

REPAIRS:

Wendy Culpepper, LLC., stands by the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If your jewelry needs repair, please contact our office at (212) 629-8161 for a Return or Repair Authorization (RA) Number. This number expires seven days after issue and we do NOT accept returns without it or after expiration. Please note, charges for repair are assessed based on date of purchase/ type of repair, and we will not guarantee charge estimates before receiving the physical piece.

Please ship your item in a sturdy box and include a copy of your receipt. We suggest you insure the item and ship the item in a way that you can verify receipt (UPS or Parcel Post). Once the jewelry is assessed and prior to repair, we will contact you if any charges apply and an estimated date of return.
